 The 1st of the year marks the start of the “Spring Market” down the shore which is the BEST TIME TO BUY AND SELL down here.

 Mortgage rates jumped a bit this past week but are still low  (4.125% for jumbo loan and 4.250% for loan amounts under $424,100). 

 This past week there were 2 homes placed under contract, 1 homes sold and settled and currently there are 141 properties on the sales market in Sea Isle City. The List price to Sold price ratio is currently 96%.
