 Hope you had a nice weekend. Summer is almost over and the fall market is HERE, which is one of our busiest times down the shore for buying and selling real estate. 

This is one of the busiest real estate markets that I can remember and should get even better after the summer. With the lack of inventory and the incredible demand, we are seeing some properties going “Under Contract” in less than 72hrs with multiple offers!  This past week there were 2 homes placed under contract, 2 homes sold and settled and currently there are 87 properties on the sales market in Sea Isle City. The List price to Sold price ratio is currently over 96%.
